July 2022 Newsletter

Dear Parents/Carers,

As we move into the last month of the pre-school year I just want to say ‘thank you’ to all our families and children for supporting me and my staff in my new role as Manager/Owner of Priory View. It has been a pleasure getting to know you all and I wish all our leavers and their families the very best for the future - if you are passing please pop in to say hello – we would love to see you

As you know Vicky and the staff have embarked on a journey with the Curiosity Approach Academy with Vicky going through an interview process to become an Ambassador for the Academy. This will involve discovery sessions over the next couple of years to introduce the Curiosity Approach to BCP families and Early Years practitioners so please look out on Facebook for anything that may interest you in the future.

Dates for the diary

Thursday, 7th July – Staff and children will visit Malvern Road park between 9.30-11.00am for a teddy bears’ picnic.

Friday, 22nd July – Leavers’ Celebration - An invitation has been sent out via email and in paper form, inviting our school leavers and their families to a tea party on Friday, 22nd July from 11.00am-12noon. If your child usually attends on a Friday and is returning in September, please contact us to swap a session as this party will be solely for leavers.

A reminder about our September sessions – we will be contacting our returning parents soon to see what sessions they would like as they are all filling up quite quickly.

08:30 - 09:00 - Breakfast Club - £3

09:00 - 12:00 - Morning Session - £3 additional charge or £18 unfunded fee

12:00 - 12:45 - Lunch Club - £4

12:45 - 15:45 - Afternoon Session - £3 additional charge or £18 unfunded fee

09:00 - 15:45 - All Day Session - £10 additional charge or £40 unfunded fee

08:30 - 15:45 - All Day Session with Breakfast Club - £13 additional charge or £43 unfunded fee

Summer Term Holiday Dates

A reminder of our term dates:

We break up for Summer Holidays on Friday, 22nd July.

We return on Monday, 5th September 2022.

Autumn Half Term holiday is from 24th to 30th October 2022

The last day of the Autumn Term is on Friday, 16th December 2022

We wish you all a safe and happy Summer holiday and look forward to seeing our families who are returning for the Autumn term on Monday, 5th September 2022.
