Book a tour to experience the magic of our preschool firsthand
The View Pre School Group
Dear Parents/Carers,
We welcome many new families to our preschools and it has been lovely to see your children building new relationships and settling confidently into new routines.
Please know that if you have any queries we are available to chat in person or by telephone/email.
Every family will be allocated a key member of staff who will support your child throughout their pre-school journey. We like to enable new children to build bonds with special adults over the first few weeks before allocating a Key Person.
The Key Person is linked to bonding and special relationships between staff and children. There will be various opportunities for parents and staff to meet throughout the year.
“The role is important for both child and parent and it is an approach set out in the EYFS. The key person will respond to children’s needs and help them settle into a new environment, communication is paramount between parent and key person as these discussions hold key information about the child. A Key person will be a point of contact for parents.” (EYFS 2021)

I am very proud of my wonderful staff teams and I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. I continuously strive to embed new and revised learning amongst my team and we work together to create the best opportunities for your little ones.
I am proud to say that at Priory View we have worked very hard over the past year to achieve ‘Communication Friendly Setting’ Status for our young children. This has improved our knowledge and enabled us to use strategies to work with you to support the children within the setting and beyond when it is necessary to do so. This is now being extended to Crescent View Preschool with staff member Emma using her extensive Language and Communication knowledge to support us in our journey across both sites. If you would like to know more, please come and see us.
Crescent View – The Healthy Movers Programme is next …….. We can’t wait!
As with other illnesses, adults and children who have symptoms should stay at home, avoid contact with others, and only return when well enough and have no temperature. Please phone and inform us if your child is poorly.
